Hi, I’m Dani — the heart behind Tipsy Ginger Mobile Bar!

I’ve been immersed in the service and hospitality industry since I was old enough to work. Even during my time as a beauty and influencer publicist in Midtown Manhattan, I stayed connected to the bar scene, picking up shifts as a bartender at the Jersey Shore.

After stepping away from marketing to focus on what truly inspired me, I realized my passion was bringing people together. With a love for event planning and a natural talent for mixology, bartending in Asbury Park showed me I didn’t just want to be part of the experience — I wanted to create it.

That’s when Tipsy Ginger Mobile Bar was born.

Since launching, I’ve grown not only this business but also a successful career in real estate in Hoboken, New Jersey, where I’ve built deep roots within the community. Between Hoboken and the Jersey Shore — where I grew up and continue to spend my summers — my network and connections have allowed me to bring Tipsy Ginger to life at events all across New Jersey.

With nearly five years of bartending experience, I bring more than just drinks to the table. I’m passionate about creating personalized, high-energy experiences where every guest feels welcomed and every event feels one-of-a-kind. From custom cocktail menus to full event setup and seamless execution, my goal is always the same: to make your event unforgettable.
